Frequently Asked Questions
What time should I arrive? We want every generation to enjoy the party and there is plenty of room at the Crypt. From 4pm, we will have fun, games and treats for kids. We’ll bring out standing food at 6pm and then follow with a dJ and dancing until 10pm. We have to be out of the venue by 11pm so we’ve booked a pub nearby for the night revellers!
Should I bring anything? You’ve all done enough and we’re so grateful for all the gifts and support we received during Lorcan’s treatment. There is no need to bring any gifts at all. We just want you to be there. Save the planet!
Will there be food and drink?Tim is very excited about the ice cream bar with flavours and sweeties to rival Willy Wonka. We’ll have lots of snacks and treats available. From 6pm, we’ll bring out standing food to keep everyone going! Alcohol and non alcoholic drinks will be on the go all night.
Do we have to be out at 10pm?!Sadly yes! So let’s make the memories until then and clear out to the pub afterwards.
What should we wear?Whatever you want! Niamh, Tim and Lorcan will probably use the occasion as an excuse to dress up but please wear whatever you can dance, play and have fun in.
How many people are coming? The Crypt can hold up to 300 people. We hope we might see about 200 of you through the evening. We’re sure there might be a few waves with young children coming earlier and party people coming later.
